Was erwartet Sie?
- Als Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Geschäftsführung, Fachabteilungen und Standorte beraten Sie juristisch kompetent in herausfordernden (pharma-)rechtlichen und strategischen Fragestellungen im Bereich nationaler und internationaler Kunden
- und Lieferbeziehungen sowie Kooperationen
- Ihnen obliegt die methodische Konzeption, die begleitende Durchführung von systematisierten Compliance-Risikoanalysen / Schwachstellenanalysen und Risikobewertungen nebst Einleitung von Präventionsmaßnahmen
- Sie entwickeln unser konzernweites Compliance Management System stetig weiter und bringen Ihre Expertise ein zur Verbesserung des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS)
- Sie unterstützen bei Compliance-orientierten Due Diligence Prozessen (z.B. M&A, Business Partner Screening)
- Sie leisten rechtliche Beratung bei Fragen zu Compliance-Themen (Regelwerke, Richtlinien, Einzelfälle, fachliche Begleitung des Compliance-Helpdesks), konzipieren und führen Schulungen durch und schaffen ein Bewusstsein für Compliance-konformes Handeln
- Sie betreuen Rechtsstreitigkeiten (national/international) und unterstützen die Konzern-Unternehmen bei Schadensfällen und der Abwehr und Verfolgung von Ansprüchen
- Darüber hinaus arbeiten Sie eng mit externen Rechtberatungen zusammen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Volljurist (w/m/d) / Rechtsanwalt (w/m/d) mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung in einem dynamischen und anspruchsvollen internationalen Umfeld als Wirtschaftsanwalt (w/m/d) und/oder Erfahrung als Unternehmensjustiziar (w/m/d)
- Sehr gutes Verständnis von wirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen, ausgeprägtes analytisches Denkvermögen sowie eine selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit unternehmerischem Denken
- Ausgeprägte "Hands-on"-Mentalität und "Can-do-spirit"
- Überzeugendes, verbindliches Auftreten
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Anwendungen (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Microsoft Sharepoint
- und Microsoft CRM Dynamics-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sichere Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
