**Student Assistant Internationalization**:
**in **Bonn**:
- The position is to be filled as soon as possible, with an initial contract duration of one year. There are good prospects for an extension. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. The position is remunerated with 14 Euro per hour.- For Welthungerhilfe's future viability, internationalization is a key element and therefore anchored in the organization's overall strategy 2021-2024. In order to support the people we work with and our partners to raise their voices, build networks and find their way to the decision-making level, it is important to be perceived internationally as an organization with a strong position on our core concerns and to form meaningful alliances. The IntHub is the central point of contact within Welthungerhilfe for topics related to internationalization with the goal of promoting international engagement across all units. As Student Assistant Internationalization you will support the three core members of the IntHub with research, data maintenance, documentation of meetings and processes, organization and administration as well as (internal) communication. Through your work, you will gain a first insight into the work of an internationally operating NGO.**Your responsibilities**:
- Support of the project team, particularly in
- researching international events and networks
- preparation and follow-up of business trips and meetings, preparation of briefings and invitation management
- preparing minutes and PowerPoint presentations in English for internal reporting purposes
- Optimization of the process and filing structure
- Creation of a communication concept and implementation for internal communication, content creation, design and publication (in English)
- Administrative support for data maintenance in general (contacts, change of address data, upload of documents, selections)
**Your profile**:
- You are currently enrolled as a student
- You have an affinity for making your life easier with tools and are quick to familiarize yourself with new ones
- You enjoy working independently and in a structured, result-oriented way
- Agility is more than just a buzzword for you
- You have a communicative personality and enjoy expressing yourself through various channels
- Your written and spoken English skills are very good; German language skills are an advantage
