**Student Assistant Innovation**:
**in **Bonn**:
- The position is to be filled as of June 1, 2023, with an initial contract duration until December 31, 2023. Employment location will be Bonn, Germany, but also remote work is an option as the Innovation team is anyway working in a decentralized and international way. You will work 20 hours/week, to enable you to continue your qualification within the framework of your current studies. The position is remunerated with 14 Euro per hour.- Welthungerhilfe's Innovation Unit works on great ideas to support our fight against hunger and turns them into impactful solutions through agile methodologies and social businesses. The work of our Innovation Unit is continuously expanding and there are various teams, local NGO partners, start-ups and social businesses we support. We aim to improve our services for those "clients" every day. Additionally, our work involves many work events, support in communication and PR work, fundraising and coaching. As Student Assistant Innovation, you will support our team members flexibly and demand based in those work areas.**Your responsibilities**:
- Support our internal knowledge managment, e.g. the filing system and indicator tracking
- Draft and design presentations, communication materials, web-content etc.
- Support the Innovation Lab, our annual event to find the best innovative ideas in the fight for Zero Hunger
- Prepare and document meetings and conferences
- Support all administrative processes and fulfil general research tasks
**Your profile**:
- You are currently enrolled as a student in any field that can relate to the fight for Zero Hunger, ideally with an economic, communications or innovation focus
- You are ready and motivated to work in a highly international and dynamic team with clients in 16 countries
- You know how to prepare good power-point presentations and are experienced with digital communication tools such as MS Teams
- Organizational skills, curiosity and strong communication skills characterize you
- You are committed, reliable and able to work independently
- Your spoken and written English language skills are very good; German language skills are an asset but no pre-condition
