Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a **Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.** You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for the company, and in striving for excellence in talent acquisition.
**Your responsibilities**
- **Stakeholder management - **develop healthy and sustainable relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and to provide support and guidance on their roles.
- **Reporting & Process improvement - **deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Examine interview and hiring processes, continuously identifying opportunities for experiments and improvements.
- **Mentoring**:
- coach others on best practices, share feedback and learnings, as well as provide guidance and support to your peers to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
**About you**
- We think you'll need the following _**_experience and qualifications_**_ to succeed in the role: _
- Previous experiences in talent acquisition and/or recruitment
- You are fluent in English
