- Leite dein Team, Kunden mit technischem Rat, Diagnosen, Störungsbehebung und Reklamationslösungen zu begeistern und ihnen die bestmögliche Unterstützung zu bieten.
- Gestalte neue Prozesse und teile dein Wissen mit unseren internen und externen Ticketing & Hotline Teams
- Schaffe klare Richtlinien und sorge für reibungslosen Informationsfluss bei technischen Problemen. Gleichzeitig würdest du FAQs und andere Ressourcen bereitstellen.
- Halte unsere Kommunikationsplattform ZENDESK immer auf dem neuesten Stand.
- Überwache und optimiere die Servicequalität, um hohe Standards und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
- Motiviere und entwickle dein Team mit klaren Zielen und regelmäßigen Gesprächen.
- Verfolge technische Entwicklungen, besuche Messen und unterstütze die Produktentwicklung.

**VERBINDET LEIDENSCHAFT MIT KNOW-HOW - DEIN PROFIL**:

- Du hast dein Studium oder deine Ausbildung in einem ingenieurwissenschaftlichen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Bereich erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konntest idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung in diesem Aufgabenfeld sammeln
- Persönlich zeichnest Du Dich durch Erfahrung im Projektmanagement, Führungsstärke sowie durch eine systematische, analytische, unternehmerische Denkweise aus
- Du besitzt Konflikt
- und Durchsetzungsstärke, bist ein Organisationstalent und kannst eigenmächtig Entscheidungen treffen sowie verfügst außerdem über die Fähigkeit, Mitarbeiter zu motivieren
- MS Office ist für dich nicht nur eine Software - es ist dein Werkzeug, um komplexe Probleme zu lösen und effizient zu arbeiten
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab und befähigen Dich, weltweite Dienstreisen anzutreten
