- As Team Head Payments, Cash & Liquidity Management you are the responsible expert for all topics around payments processing and internal cash & liquidity management as well as regulatory requirements in this sector. Together with your team you are the main contact for internal and external interfaces as our Wealth Management front offices, internal functions as Group Treasury, Legal, Compliance, Risk or external auditors and further stakeholders. You are responsible for the monitoring of outsourced processes and the provision of timely, high-quality services to our clients. You are a specialist on the common clearing systems as TARGET / EBA, payments processes along SEPA / SWIFT, regulatory requirements and change initiatives as e.g. PSD II, FATF, ISO 20022 and will support our global and local change teams with your knowledge. Furthermore you will be responsible for:
- people management (i.e. coaching your team to successfully support daily activities, continuous and transparent communication of strategy and goals, forecasting & planning)
- process, knowledge and skills development (i.e. coaching employees, driving organizational efficiency and ensuring service-oriented mindset)
- ongoing improvement of status-quo by defining working standards (tools, benchmarks, best practice, shaping the industry)
- capacity planning and productivity monitoring of daily activities with support of key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), data quality checks, evaluations and reporting
- escalation management (ensure timely handling of escalations, actively communicate risks and issues to senior management, define remediation plans and monitor execution closely)

- fluent in German and English
- passionate for technical aspects (macros, robotics)
