- Als Head of Cash Management & Intercompany Accounting leiten und entwickeln Sie ein Cash Management/Intercompany Accounting Team innerhalb des Shared Services Finance Centers in Hanau, das ca. 60 rechtliche Einheiten in Europa und den USA betreut.
- Im Bereich Cash Management sind Sie für den nationalen und internationalen Zahlungsverkehr, sowie die nationale und internationale Bankkontenverwaltung und die Durchführung, Abwicklung und Kontroller aller Finanztransaktionen zuständig.
- Im Rahmen der unternehmensübergreifenden Buchführung beaufsichtigen Sie die IC-Transaktionsabwicklung, Verwaltung der IC-Abstimmung und -Zahlungen, Verwaltung der Schnittstelle zur Konzernkonsolidierung, Verwaltung der entsprechenden Systeme und Tools weltweit.
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Einrichtung, Pflege und Entwicklung von Prozessen im Zusammenhang mit dem oben genannten Fachgebiet (z. B. Prozessbeschreibungen, Prozessrichtlinien, interne Kontrollen, KPIs, Tools, kontinuierliche Verbesserungen, Innovationen).
- Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der in den Service Level Agreements dokumentierten Service Levels und der rechtskonformen Finanzabschlüsse im Cash Management und Intercompany Accounting.
- Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung der Prozesse und des eingesetzten Personals gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Ebenso führen Sie ein angemessenes Risikomanagement und Wissensmanagement durch.
- Sie ergreifen Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung einer hohen Zufriedenheit der Leistungsempfänger.
- Sie unterstützen aktiv die Harmonisierung und Standardisierung von Prozessen und Abläufen in den verschiedenen Shared Services Finance Centern innerhalb des Fachgebiets.
- Durchführung komplexer Optimierungs
- oder Innovationsprojekte und Steuerung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen im Verantwortungsbereich.
- Nicht zuletzt interagieren Sie mit dem Corporate Treasury, dem Konsolidierungsteam und den Partnerbanken.

- Master-Abschluss in Business Administration oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt in einem relevanten Bereich
- Mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in einer einschlägigen Position in einem internationalen Unternehmen
- Fortgeschrittene prozessübergreifende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Cash Management und Intercompany Accounting und darüber hinaus
- Überblick über Best Practices in Bezug auf Systeme, Prozesse und Verfahren im Cash Management und in der Intercompany-Buchhaltung
- Gute SAP-Kenntnisse im Verantwortungsbereich
- Fähigkeit zur Leitung mittelgroßer bis komplexer Projekte
- Fortgeschrittene Führungs
- und Managementfähigkeiten
- Fortgeschrittene Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit Stakeholdern, einschließlich interkultureller Erfahrung
- Ausgeprägte Service
- und Kundenorientiertheit
- Erfahrung mit Shared Services/Business Services
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich) in Deutsch und Englisch
