- Sicherstellen von Methoden für die Umsetzung der konzernweiten strategischen und operativen Planung für die Plasma produzierenden Tochtergesellschaften
- Sicherstellen der Umsetzung quantitativer Aussagen zur strategischen Planung in operative Businesspläne
- Erstellung, Analyse und Abstimmung von Teilplänen für die unternehmensweite operative und strategische Planung für den Bereich Plasma Sammelstationen
- Sicherstellen der Financial Compliance in der Gesellschaft Cara Plasma (Tschechische Republik); Überwachen aller Lieferanten
- und Gehaltszahlungen, Entwickeln und Implementieren von Finanzprozessen im Einklang mit Unternehmensrichtlinien/lnternal Audit sowie Weiterentwicklung und operative Umsetzung von Kundendeckungsbeitragsanalysen
- Ausübung der kaufmännischen Leitung für alle Plasmagesellschaften der Biotest-Gruppe
- Sicherstellen der Bewertung aller wesentlichen Geschäftsvorfälle der Plasmagesellschaften hinsichtlich Risiko, Unternehmensstrategie, finanzieller Machbarkeit
- Weiterentwicklung des konzernweiten Berichtswesens der Plasmagesellschaften in der bestehenden Reporting-Software, Führung der mit den Reportingaufgaben betrauten unterstellen Stelle sowie fachliche Weisungsbefugnis gegenüber den Finanz
- und Controllingstellen in den Plasma-Tochtergesellschaften
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium (Bachelor/Master) mit Fachrichtung Controlling/Finanzen
- 10 Jahre Erfahrung in leitenden Funktionen mit komplexen Aufgabenstellungen
- Erfahrung in gesellschaftsrechtlicher Vertretung (Tätigkeit als Geschäftsführer/Prokurist (m/w/d))
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP (Module CO, FI, PS, BPC), SAP-BW/SAC sowie in internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards (IFRS)
- Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Anwendungen, insb. MS Excel
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, weitere Fremdsprache wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- Internationale Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
