We are now searching for a relationship driven and dedicated **Specialty Sales Representative**, responsible for Germany & Austria.

We believe the right person for the job is driven by making a difference and taking sales and results to the next level. The position reports directly to our Country Manager.

As a Sales Representative at Peak Performance you will be responsible for implementing and managing the company sales and distribution objectives for the active categories within your area to contribute to the long-term sustainable growth and overall success of the brand. Using the company’s resources, you will meet the individual needs of the wholesale account base to support and service the regional business. You will collaborate with other stakeholder within the company and the sales team in Central Europe.

The position is based at our office in Munich but you will be expected to travel a minimum of 50% of your time.

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Develop business and create new opportunities in the defined sales area connected to Epi Center’s
- Ability to transform account management from physical to digital
- Focus on key specialists to meet territory distribution needs and company brand objectives
- Build successful long term relationships with this specialists and implement the local marketing actions
- Ensure reaching sales objectives according to the budget plan
- Determine calendar planning on an annual basis that accommodates the company and dealer needs taking into consideration dealer and consumer events, and all deadlines
- Prepare comprehensive fact based assortments proposals, which enables mutual profitable growth
- Implement own managed spaces and plan these spaces accordingly
- Ensure timely delivery of products, through strong planning according to deadlines and through close partnership with the back-office team
- Provide feedback from the marketplace to the head office in a professional and constructive way in order to accomplish product development goals

**SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS**
- 2-3 years of sales experience in the region’s sporting goods industry (ski/outdoor/apparel industry experience is helpful), preferably Omnichannel experience
- Good understanding of strategic processes and how to manage a holistic epi center driven market place
- Sympathetic and pro-active team player and connector with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully with a variety of people to create long-lasting relations
- A cool personality with a determined and performance-oriented mind-set
- Used to traveling and negotiating with a knack for closing
- Highly organized, flexible, self-motivated individual
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and written. Advanced skills in English is a plus.
- A work hard, play hard mentality, with a great sense of initiative, humor and loyalty
