Junior Officer Internal Communications (m/w/d)

**Als Teil des Corporate Communications Teams und in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Newsroom Team übernehmen Sie interne Kommunikationsaufgaben.**

**Aufgabengebiet**
- Mitarbeit an der Themenfindung und -kreation im Newsroom
- Verfassen von redaktionellem Content/Storytelling in Form von News, Stories, Audio, Video etc. für die interne Kommunikation/Social Intranet
- Aktive Betreuung und inhaltliche Weiterentwicklung unseres Intranets und künftig des neuen Intranettools
- Entwicklung und Unterstützung von internen Kommunikations-Kampagnen und Initiierung neuer interner Kommunikationsformate
- Unterstützung bei Aufbau, Pflege und Management eines internen Ambassador-Netzwerks (Fachabteilungen und Ansprechpartner in den verschiedenen Ländern, in denen Nordzucker aktiv ist)
- Mitarbeiteraktivierung, Support der Social-Intranet-Plattform und Management interner Communities im Intranet
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Veranstaltungen für unser Kollegium
- Bei Bedarf Unterstützung im Bereich externe Social Media (Fragen der Community, moderieren der Kommentare)
- Evaluation des Erfolgs der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Entwicklung von geeigneten Methoden bzw. KPIs und Vorschlag von Handlungsempfehlungen

**Der ideale Kandidat (m/w/d)**
- Verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium - vorzugsweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Medienwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Hat erste praktische Erfahrung im Bereich der internen, auch onlinebasierten Unternehmenskommunikation
- Besitzt ein Gespür für zielgruppenorientierte Inhalte
- Ist kreativ und gewohnt, proaktiv, kanal
- und disziplinübergreifend zu arbeiten
- Zeichnet sich durch Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Flexibilität und einer Hands-on Mentalität aus
- Ist ein Teamplayer mit Freude an abteilungsübergreifender Arbeit
- Bringt Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit, eigene Projekte voranzutreiben und abzuschließen
- Ist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), sowie dem CMS
- Verfügt über sehr gute Englisch
- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
