Summary

We are looking for a "Secretary/Assistant (f/m/d)" for the business unit "Sights" at our Wetzlar facility as soon as possible.

The department develops and produces high-quality target optics and night vision attachments at the location.

Your Tasks- Management of the site secretariat- Carrying out all assistance tasks for the business unit manager- Supporting the team and department heads- Planning, coordinating and managing appointments and travel (national and international) for the site- Reception and support of internal/external guests and international customers/visitors- Handling national and international correspondence with customers and business partners- Handling of general secretarial tasks such as correspondence, preparation of presentations, order inquiries

Your Profile- Completed commercial training or similar- Several years of experience in secretarial work mandatory- Very good PC skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP) and good skills in using modern communication platforms such as JIRA, MS Teams, skype- Friendly and serious appearance- Strong communication skills- Strong teamwork skills, loyalty and confidentiality- Flexibility and empathy- High degree of commitment- Very good knowledge of German and English
