- Als Event Coordinator übernimmst Du die Planung von kleinen und mittelgroßen Veranstaltungen
- Du erstellst Namenslisten, Ablaufpläne und übergibst alles gewissenhaft an die operativen Abteilungen und prüfst nach dem Event die Rechnungen
- Die professionelle Präsentation unseres Hauses macht Dir Spaß
- Du organisierst Meetings mit den Kunden, um die Erwartungen und Wünsche zu besprechen
- Erstellung von BEO’s (Banquet Event Order) und GRC’s (Group Reservation Sheets) für die eigenen Veranstaltungen sowie die des zugeteilten Managers
- Die interne Kommunikation bereitet Dir viel Freude, da Du als Schnittstelle mit allen Abteilungen agierst
- Du bist die gute Seele, die den Überblick behält und die zugewiesenen administrativen Aufgaben strategisch bearbeitet
- Du baust eine enge Beziehung zu Deinen Kunden auf, um Folgebuchungen zu gewährleisten
- Einarbeitung von neuen KollegInnen, Auszubildenden und PraktikantInnen nach Absprache mit der Abteilungsleitung

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Studium im Bereich Hotel oder als Veranstaltungskaufmann/-frau
- Erste Berufserfahrungen im Event Management in der gehobenen Hotellerie von Vorteil
- Freundliches, aufmerksames und kompetentes Auftreten gegenüber unseren KollegInnen und Gästen
- Herausragendes Engagement und uneingeschränkte Dienstleistungsbereitschaft
