Wir sind eine dynamische Eventagentur mit Sitz in Berlin, die sich auf die Planung und Durchführung von Veranstaltungen spezialisiert hat. Unsere Veranstaltungen umfassen ein breites Spektrum, von Kick-Off-Events über Mitarbeiterevents, Produktvorstellungen, Sommerfeste, Meetings, Teambuilding-Incentives bis hin zu Galaabenden und Kongressen.

Aufgaben

Dein zukünftiger Verantwortungsbereich?

  • Mitwirkung an der strategischen Planung, Entwicklung und Koordination von bereichsübergreifenden Projekten und Veranstaltungskonzepten.
  • Erstellung maßgeschneiderter Präsentationen für unsere Kunden.
  • Durchführung einzelner Eventprojekte, einschließlich Recherche von Hotels und Locations; Anfragen an geeignete Partner aus Hotellerie, Gastronomie, Incentives und Equipment; Beschaffung von Waren und Werbemitteln; Kontrolle und Steuerung externer Dienstleister; Bündelung aller Anbieter inklusive Preis- und Vertragsverhandlungen sowie Kommunikation mit allen Dienstleistern.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Kostenkontrolle der Projekte, Rechnungsprüfung externer Dienstleister und Rechnungsstellung an die Kunden.
  • Detailabsprachen mit unseren Kunden und Betreuung von Veranstaltungen vor Ort.
  • Pflege der Kundenbeziehungen und Erweiterung des Kundenstamms.
Qualifikation

Was wir von Dir erwarten?

  • Idealerweise hast Du eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium in den Bereichen Eventmanagement, Kommunikation oder Tourismus.
  • Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen im Eventbereich mit.
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Kreativität und Engagement zeichnen Dich aus.
  • Du beherrschst alle gängigen MS Office Programme sicher.
  • Eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B ist erforderlich.
