Become a vital part of our organization as an Event Coordinator:

  • Provide expert consultation to both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding event planning and execution.
  • Offer technical and conceptual assistance for virtual and hybrid events.
  • Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of various event formats, including virtual, hybrid, and in-person gatherings.
  • Innovate and develop new event concepts to enhance engagement.
  • Conduct thorough research and budgeting, ensuring effective planning of technical resources, tools, and personnel.
  • Manage participant registration and overall attendee experience.
  • Continuously monitor market trends to identify innovative event formats and digital tools.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols in line with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Communications, Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated professional experience in event coordination, hospitality, and/or event technology.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute both in-person and online events effectively.
  • A keen interest in digital innovations and emerging trends in the event industry.
  • Basic understanding of contract law, event regulations, and GDPR compliance is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with popular event management tools (e.g., GoToMeeting, Cisco Webex Meetings, Mentimeter).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German.
