Wir führen die Marke über das Kuratieren und Verkaufen von Produkten hinaus zur Konzeptualisierung und zum Verkauf von Räumen, indem wir ein Ökosystem an Produkten, Orten, Dienstleistungen und Räumen zusammenstellen, das die Marke RH als Vordenker, Stilführer und Erbauer hervorhebt und etabliert.

IHRE AUFGABEN
- Jeden Tag unsere Vision, unsere Werte und unsere Überzeugungen leben
- Begrüßen von RH-Kunden und Unterstützung bei Fragen und Bedenken
- Vermitteln von Kunden an die richtigen Partner je nach Kaufbedürfnissen
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und deren Unterstützung in der Galerie, am Telefon und per E-Mail
- Bereitstellung hochwertiger Kundenservices zur Unterstützung von Galeriepartnern bei der Lösung von Kundenproblemen
- Einarbeitung in die Produkte und Angebote von RH
- Schaffen luxuriöser Serviceerlebnisse bei jeder Interaktion
- Entwickeln eines umfassenden Unternehmensverständnisses

VORAUSSETZUNGEN
- Erfahrung in der Kundenbetreuung in einer Designfirma, einem Ausstellungsraum für hochwertige Möbel oder im Luxuseinzelhandel bevorzugt
- Fähigkeit zur Erkennung mehrerer Prioritäten und zur Reaktion darauf
- Ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten in Bezug auf Organisation und Zeitmanagement
- Ausgeprägte verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Engagement für Qualität, Detailgenauigkeit auf allen Ebenen

- Kompetente Handhabung des Mac-Betriebssystems, von iOS-Geräten, Microsoft Office und Google-Anwendungen

KÖRPERLICHE ANFORDERUNGEN
- Fähigkeit, unter Verwendung geeigneter Vorrichtungen und Methoden kleine bis mittelgroße Artikel bis ca. 14 kg anzuheben und zu mobilisieren
- Fähigkeit, effektiv die Galerie, den Lagerraum und das Büro zu manövrieren
- Diese Rolle erfordert längeres Stehen, Drehen, Bücken, Knien, Hocken, Beugen und das Hinaufsteigen auf Gegenstände
