- Mit Deinem Engagement hebst Du unsere globale moderne Elektronikproduktion in den Werken der Siemens Factory Automation (DI FA MF) auf ein digitales und sichereres Level.
- Als Product and Solution Security Expert (w/m/d) (PSSE) entwirfst und implementierst Du zukunftssichere und produktivitätsunterstützende Cybersecurity-Lösungen für unsere Fertigungen weltweit.
- Als Partner für die Fertigung und Fertigungsplanung übersetzt und moderierst Du zuverlässig Cybersecurity
- und IT-Anforderungen in fertigungsgerechte sichere Lösungen.
- Du unterstützt den sicheren Prozess der Einführung neuer Produkte, Anlagen und Systeme.
- Du erkennst im Umfeld von Produktion und Engineering die Risiken, die durch Angriffe auf die Verfügbarkeit und Integrität unserer Produktion und Produkte entstehen und kannst diesen durch das Schaffen von Awareness bei Deinen Partnern begegnen.
- Du arbeitest in enger partnerschaftlicher Abstimmung mit dem Product and Solution Security Officer (PSSO) der DI FA MF zusammen.
- Die Bewertung, Dokumentation und Mitigation unserer Cybersecurity-Risiken unterstützt und standardisierst Du auf Basis unserer Konzernvorgaben und -tools für unsere Werke.
- Zudem bist Du verantwortlich für die Harmonisierung sowie die inhaltliche und technologische Weiterentwicklung von Cybersecurity-Lösungen innerhalb der DI FA MF.

**Dein Profil für "Zukunft möglich machen".**
- Grundlage für Deinen Erfolg bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich Informatik oder Ingenieurswissenschaften.
- Domänenwissen und mehrjährige Erfahrung im Fertigungsumfeld ermöglichen Dir das Übersetzen von Cybersecurity-Anforderungen in produktionsunterstützende Lösungen.
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich von Netzwerkarchitekturen, IT/OT-Konnektivität, Automatisierungstechnik, Windows-Systemen und Incident-Management.
- Außerdem hast Du Erfahrung in der Analyse und Bewertung von Produktions
- und Geschäftsrisiken auf Grundlage von Cybersecurity-Bedrohungen (Threat and Risk Analysis).
- Idealerweise hast du Kenntnisse von einschlägigen Vorschriften und Regularien im Bereich Cybersecurity (z. B. IEC 62443, ISO/IEC 27001)
- Sehr hohe Analysefähigkeit, konzeptionelles Denken und Handeln sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit für das Lösen komplexer Aufgaben zeichnen Dich aus.
- Durch Deine Kommunikationsstärke in Verbindung mit Einfühlungsvermögen und Deinen eigenen Erfahrungen im Cybersecurity
- und Fertigungsumfeld überzeugst Du Deine internationalen Prozesspartner von digitalen, effizienten Ansätzen und setzt Standards.
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit in international besetzten Teams und bringst die Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen mit.
- Für die Zusammenarbeit im internationalen Umfeld sprichst Du Englisch und Deutsch sicher in Wort und Schrift.
