Your Responsibilities:

• Guide clients in establishing robust cybersecurity and information risk management frameworks, anticipating threats and adapting to evolving challenges.
• Provide expert advice on IT and compliance requirements specific to financial services companies, leveraging technology-driven processes, automation, and specialized tools for efficient implementation.
• Develop and implement comprehensive business continuity and IT service continuity strategies, ensuring operational resilience in the face of unforeseen disruptions.
• Facilitate seamless collaboration between financial institutions and their service providers through strategic sourcing, control process design, and integrated risk management approaches.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to solve complex problems, taking ownership in an international environment and engaging with key stakeholders in the German financial services market.
• Design tailored, tool-based solutions that meet legal requirements and address specific client needs.

Your Profile:

• Possess a strong understanding of at least two of the following areas: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management.
• Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with high motivation and enthusiasm for delivering impactful solutions.
• Exhibit creative thinking, exploring innovative ideas and embracing technological advancements.
• Possess project management skills, an understanding of process interactions, and the ability to effectively manage complex projects.
• Have experience or familiarity with common cybersecurity, GRC, or other relevant tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, etc.).
• Show a keen interest in AI applications and their potential to enhance security and risk management practices.
