Position Overview:
Are you driven by the challenge of crafting cutting-edge solutions that bridge the gap between business operations and information technology? Join our Financial Services Team at KPMG and contribute to enhancing the security and compliance landscape of the financial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on establishing and executing cybersecurity and information risk management frameworks to proactively address potential threats and disruptive changes.
- Comprehend the IT and regulatory demands for financial institutions and offer guidance on their innovative, technology-centric execution through streamlined processes, automation, and effective utilization of IT tools.
- Design and execute strategies for business continuity and IT service continuity, maintaining poise during unforeseen circumstances to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Encourage collaboration between financial organizations and their service providers through the development of sourcing strategies, control process design, and comprehensive risk management practices.
- Engage in a multidisciplinary team environment, tackling intricate challenges, assuming responsibility in a global context, and working alongside key stakeholders in the German financial services sector.
- Create customized, tool-driven solutions with clients that adhere to legal standards.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess expertise in at least two of the following domains: xAIT, Digital Operational Resilience Act, ISO 27001, Information Security Management, Business Continuity Management, IT Service Continuity Management, Third-Party Risk Management.
- Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with strong motivation and enthusiasm.
- Exhibit creative thinking, a willingness to explore new concepts, and an embrace of innovation.
- Have project management capabilities, along with an understanding of processes and their interrelations.
- Familiarity with common cybersecurity, Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) tools (e.g., ServiceNow, RSA Archer, Jira, etc.) is advantageous.
- Show interest in the application of AI and its potential for enhancement.
