**Director of Sales Systems (m/w/d)**:
Werden Sie Teil unseres Teams als **Director of Sales Systems** (m/w/d) in unserem Head Office der Precise Hotels & Resorts.

**Das wären Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Betreuung aller Sales & Marketing Systeme - Travelclick, Opera, STR etc.
- Implementierung von PMS und Travelclick (iHoltelier und GMS) in neuen und bestehenden Precise Hotels und Resorts
- Koordinierung und Planung des zeitlichen Ablaufs während der gesamten Zeit der Implementierung
- Unterstützung des Teams vor Ort während der gesamten Zeit der Implementierung
- Problemlösung bezüglich der Systeme im Falle von Systemausfall, Fehlermeldungen etc. für alle Abteilungen im HO und Hotel
- Erstkontakt für Hotelmitarbeiter bzgl PMS & Travelclick
- Bestimmung von Standards für Opera/ Travelclick
- Setup der OTA´s, IBE, GDS, POS, Keycards und weitere Interface zum PMS
- Setup Rate Codes, Services, Packages, Segmentation
- Umsetzung neuer Updates/ Gesetzesvorlagen in Bezug auf die Systeme
- Verhandlung neuer Verträge mit Systempartnern in Absprache mit dem CEO
- Rechnungskontrolle Systemseitig
- Einführung neuer Reports, Erarbeitung und Aufsetzen der Reports
- Erarbeitung neuer Standards für Hotelmitarbeiter/ CRO
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Revenue und Sales Manager, sowie dem Marketing bezüglich Promotions
- und Resortübergreifende Aktionen
- Konditionsverhandlung und Angebotserstellung mit neuen Partnern
- Teilnahme an monatlichen Sales
- und GM Meetings

**Ihr Profil**:

- Idealerweise hast du einen Hotel oder/und IT Background
- Mit fundierten Fachwissen über OPERA bist du ideal für die Position gewappnet.
- Mit unterschiedlichen Charakteren kommst du gut zurecht, führst andere Menschen mit Herz und Verstand geschickt zu Lösungen hin. Augenhöhe ist deine Lieblingssprache, du kannst Technisches leicht verständlich übersetzen.
- Zeitlich gilt es flexibel zu sein, Störungen halten sich nicht immer an Zeitpläne - du steckst den Stress weg, auch wenn es nicht immer leicht ist.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch - beherrscht Englisch so gut, dass du dir die wichtigsten technischen Begriffe jederzeit aneignen kannst.
