**Join MEININGER Hotels as a Sales Systems Specialist to integrate and maintain technical solutions for B2B accounts and support our international Sales Team in acquiring and onboarding new customers to our group booking technologies.**

**YOUR TASKS**:

- Are you passionate about sales and technology? Join our Sales team as a tech-savvy Systems Specialist In this role, you'll be responsible for:

- Being the go-to person for technical improvements on CRM, PMS, and booking technologies
- Supporting our international and experienced Sales Team in acquiring and onboarding new B2B accounts to our API and web solutions
- Providing 1st level support and training to our B2B accounts on group booking technologies
- Reporting on trends in issues and traffic of the booking technologies
- Serving as the power user and solution admin for Salesforce (CRM) and SIHOT (PMS)
- Assisting with weekly and month end reports, providing valuable feedback for further development and improvement of monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You must have at least 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Success Management, Reservations, or Customer Service
- Knowledge of the multi-bedded hotel business is preferable
- Strong analytical skills and basic technical knowledge of SIHOT, Salesforce, and XML are desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, including OneDrive, SharePoint, and MS Teams is preferred
- You should have strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize are essential
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong sales mentality and personable nature is critical
- A hands-on approach and attention to detail are important
- Fluency in English (B2) is required, and knowledge of another language is a plus
