**YOUR JOB AS PART OF THE CANYON CREW**:

- 1. Design Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive design strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- 2. Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, fostering a creative and collaborative work environment.
- 3. Product Development:

- Oversee the entire product development process, from concept to production, ensuring that designs meet technical, functional, and aesthetic requirements.
- 4. Innovation:

- Drive innovation by staying current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies.
- 5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to ensure seamless product development and delivery.
- 6. Design Quality Control:

- Maintain high standards of design quality and consistency across all projects, conducting regular design reviews and offering constructive feedback.
- 7. Budget Management:

- Manage design budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum impact.
- 8. Customer Interaction:

- Interact with customers, gather feedback, and incorporate it into the design process to meet their specific needs and expectations.
- 9. Design Research:

- Conduct market research, user studies, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and ensure products are user-centric.
- 10. Prototyping and Testing:

- Oversee the creation of prototypes and testing phases to validate and refine designs.**HOW YOU BECOME PART OF THE RACE**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Designer with a strong portfolio of successful product designs.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, preferably in a design or creative capacity.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel (approximately 25%) through Europe, Asia, and the United States will be required to visit other office locations, attend conferences, support race teams, visit suppliers and customers, conduct market research, and collaborate on projects.
- A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally are essential for this role.
