**About the role**:
As the VP Network and Customer Experience (all genders), you will play a crucial role in formulating and implementing an exemplary customer experience strategy while overseeing a multinational operations team. Your responsibilities are central to defining and executing the strategy that aims to establish buycycle as the global player in the bike marketplace. Your leadership will be instrumental in expanding and refining our network of service points and workshops, with a specific focus on strategic development and scaling of our operational framework to maximize efficiency and elevate customer satisfaction.

**Your responsibilities**:

- You devise and execute a global strategy to expand buycycle's network of bike refurbishment centers, service points, and brand collaborations, enhancing global customer engagement and satisfaction.
- You establish a worldwide network of service partners for bike inspections and verifications, incorporating return avoidance strategies.
- You work closely with internal teams to strategically position service points, balancing global coverage with cost efficiency.
- You advocate for operational excellence by fostering innovation and implementing best practices, elevating efficiency and service standards.
- You develop a world-class customer care organization, capable of operating across different languages and time zones, setting industry benchmarks in customer support.
- You guide the advancement of operational infrastructure to support buycycle’s growth and global reach.

**About you**:

- You have extensive experience managing international operations and diverse, cross-cultural teams.
- You have minimum 3 years' experience in a top-tier management consultancy.
- You have proven leadership in overseeing operations in multiple countries and cultures, particularly in high-growth organisations.
- You have exceptional project management and organisational abilities, adept at handling complex projects in dynamic settings.
- You are a strategic, analytical thinker with a data-driven approach to operational improvement.
- You have proven expertise in operational strategy within fast-scaling startup environments.
