Your role: As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for consulting customers via email and phone, supporting them throughout the process of our services, communicating with partners to provide exceptional customer service and solving all challenges.
Tasks:
- You will be the voice of the customer and transfer customer requirements and potential issues to the product team to help improve the Moovster product every day.
- You will play an active part in finding ways to continuously improve our customer satisfaction score.
- You will contribute to setup, run, maintain and proactively improve our daily, weekly and monthly operations of our services.
Requirements:
- Fluent in German (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- You are a highly organized person with the ability to maintain overview of large amounts of data.
- You are willing to take ownership and proactive responsibility of topics, and you are never satisfied with low-quality outcome.
- You are an analytical thinker and problem-solver who embraces both simple and complex challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
- Experience with searching in databases and writing simple SQL is a plus.
- Availability for at least 6 months starting as soon as possible.
Salary and Benefits: We offer an attractive compensation package including a salary range of $45,000-$55,000 per year depending on location and experience, flexible work arrangements, a free Moovster Mobility Budget and a chance to grow with a dynamic team.
