As a Community Operator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our vision, fostering collaboration, and creating an environment where innovators can thrive.

Your mission & responsibilities
As our Community Operator, you will be part of a team responsible for overseeing all aspects of MotionLab.Berlin's hubs operations. Your primary focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere at the reception and creating an inspiring environment for our members on a daily basis in the whole hub.

**Customer Service**:

- As our first point of contact for our guests and members, you represent MotionLab.Berlin on the frontlines
- Provide the highest level of customer service for our community and guests by operating our front desk alongside the other community operators
- Conduct organized tours of MotionLab.Berlin for potential new members with a focus on sales
- Maintain an overview of what is happening around MotionLab.Berlin and keep our community in the loop

**Membership and Community Management**:

- Support in the execution of community events from board games to BBQ or Pitch Events
- Serve as the main point of contact for member inquiries, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service.

By representing our vision and strategy, you communicate the direction and purpose of the company to members and guests. Additionally, you cultivate a thriving community by monitoring community-driven events, facilitating networking opportunities, and guiding members in utilizing the space effectively. Your contributions create a cohesive and supportive environment aligned with our vision at MotionLab.Berlin.

- Customer Service and People Focus: Your top priority is delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring member satisfaction.
- Multi-lingual: Fluency in multiple languages (German and English are a must) enables effective communication and support for our diverse community.

- Ability to Have Multiple Tasks Going at the Same Time: Your strong multitasking skills enable you to handle various responsibilities simultaneously.

- G-Suite: Proficiency in G-Suite tools allows you to effectively manage tasks, schedules, and member communications.
- CRM Tools is a bonus: Experience with CRM tools enables you to track member interactions, preferences, and engagement.
- Public Speaking: Strong public speaking skills allow you to confidently represent our organization and engage with members.
- Sales: Your sales skills contribute to member retention, upselling opportunities, and fostering a vibrant community.
- Conflict Resolution Management: You possess the ability to effectively manage conflicts and find mutually beneficial solutions.
- Experience in Hospitality, customer service or customer facing roles
