Role Overview: Marketing Working Student
We are in search of an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Working Student to assist with our marketing initiatives across our various locations in Germany. This position is based in Berlin and entails a hands-on approach to a wide array of marketing responsibilities for both established and new sites, covering all facets of marketing including digital, traditional, and integrated campaigns.
You will report directly to the Marketing Manager in Berlin and are expected to work 20 hours per week. A commitment of at least six months is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy and Implementation: Assist in the creation and execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, traditional media, partnerships, and community outreach.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the global marketing team, including specialists in creative, PPC, SEO, PR, social media, and content management.
- Digital Campaigns: Aid in the development and oversight of lead generation campaigns aimed at enhancing customer acquisition for our locations, services, and offerings. Create and manage advertising copy and creative briefs for our design team for SEA and Paid Social campaigns.
- Influencer Engagement: Assist in the formulation and execution of impactful influencer partnerships.
- Vendor Relations: Manage relationships with marketing vendors and identify suitable partners to elevate the Mindspace brand presence in Germany.
- Event Management: Support the organization and promotion of significant ecosystem events at our locations.
- Marketing Material Creation: Develop marketing collateral, including presentations, campaigns, demos, videos, and sales support tools.
Qualifications:
- Education: Currently enrolled in a full-time Master’s program at a German university with a focus on Marketing.
- Location: Based in Berlin with a strong understanding of the local market.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in German with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: Prior experience in marketing or online advertising within startup or corporate settings.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot is advantageous.
