About the position
Mindspace is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in Germany. This full-time position is based in Berlin, reporting to the General Manager, and entails managing Mindspace Berlin and Hamburg sites. The position requires managing the local team, sales, customer service, and operations, while serving as a facilitator for interactions with Mindspace HQ in Israel. An ideal candidate will be a team player with a background in management and a drive to get things moving in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
- Lead, grow, and develop a team of sales, community, and operations managers.
- Develop and implement profit-driven and cost-effective strategies aligned with building financials, while overseeing in-house expenditures.
- Together with the Sales Managers, manage sales efforts and implement solutions to improve business performance in the city.
- Accountable for driving the highest levels of member satisfaction.
- Accountable for member retention.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure operations run smoothly through Berlin branches.
- Work with local community managers and community associates to ensure high customer satisfaction and high NPS results.
- Be the point of contact for all corporate matters between the German market and Mindspace HQ.
- Monitor budgets, collection, KPIs, and market performance.
- Work closely with various HQ stakeholders, such as HR, Marketing, Legal, Finance, etc., to ensure goals are met.
- Nurture Mindspace's brand through PR efforts, events, and liaison with the Marketing department.
Experience & Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in managing a team and leading a business unit.
- 3+ years of sales and/or customer service experience.
- Experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
- College degree in Business Management, Economics, Hospitality, Consulting, or similar.
- MBA is an advantage.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive revenue and/or build winning teams.
- Fluent English and German.

- You must be a multi-faceted professional with a general understanding of team development, sales, marketing, customer service, business, finance, and more.
- You must be a great communicator who can clearly convey messages in written and oral form.
- Analytical skills, organizational skills, and good time-management are key for this position.
- Experience working with people and managing cross-functional teams is a plus.
- Excitement about Mindspace and a willingness to live, eat, and breathe Mindspace are essential.
