**Internationaler Aufbau & Führungsverantwortung**: Du bist für die Steuerung und die Weiterentwicklung des Bereichs People Services verantwortlich. Du übernimmst die disziplinarische Führung für dein 5-Köpfiges Team und schaffst die nötigen Strukturen und Prozesse, um das stetige Wachstum der gesamten Gruppe und deines Teams sicherzustellen.

**HR Management**: Du stellst die Betreuung unserer Top-Talente über den gesamten Employee Life-Cycle bei INVERTO nachhaltig sicher. Von der Vertragserstellung über das Onboarding bis hin zum Austritt bist du mit deinem Team für sämtliche administrativen Prozesse verantwortlich. Du bist hierbei im Lead für alle INVERTO Standorte. Darüber hinaus begleitest du Standort-Neueröffnungen, indem du zusammen mit Experten von BCG die arbeitsvertraglichen und mitarbeiterrelevanten Strukturen definierst und entsprechend der länderspezifischen Anforderungen aufsetzt.

**Arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen**: Du bist gemeinsam mit dem HR Legal Team Ansprechpartner:in für arbeitsrechtliche Fragestellungen. Darunter fallen beispielsweise Fragestellungen wie Aufhebungs
- und Abwicklungsvereinbarungen, Erstellung und Aktualisierung der Arbeitsverträge in den einzelnen Landesgesellschaften, Erstellung von Zielvereinbarungen oder Implementierung von HR Policies.

**Compensation & Benefits**:Du bist mit deinem Team für das regelmäßige Benchmarking der Gehaltsstrukturen verantwortlich. Zudem bist du mit deinem Team für die Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung unseres stetig wachsenden Benefit-Paketes für unsere Mitarbeiter verantwortlich.

**VERY WICHTIG FÜR UNS.**:
Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich **Jura, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder HR-Management** und blickst auf eine **langjährige Erfahrung (7 - 10 Jahre)** aus einer anspruchsvollen HR-Funktion mit Führungsverantwortung sowie **Schwerpunkt HR Administration und Compensation** zurück. Idealerweise verfügst du über **arbeitsrechtliches Verständnis** mit entsprechender Vorerfahrung.

Du bist ein** internationales und dynamisches Umfeld **gewohnt, idealerweise aus einer Beratung oder einem stark wachsenden Umfeld.

**HR ist deine Leidenschaft**, du willst deine Stärken gerne bei der Betreuung von internationalen Top-Talenten einbringen und Teil der Erfolgsstory von INVERTO sein.

Du bist es gewohnt in **ganzheitlichen Prozessen zu denken** und strukturiert und systematisch zu handeln.

Du kannst sowohl auf **Deutsch als auch auf Englisch** verhandlungssicher kommunizieren und bewegst dich gerne im internationalen Kontext.

Dir ist **Bodenständigkeit genauso wichtig wie echter Zusammenhalt im Team**, gegenseitige Unterstützung und eine gute Portion Humor.
