In this role, we’ll be looking for you to manage a team of sales professionals and motivate and coach them to exceed targets in their defined territories. You’ll be the key supervisor - working with senior managers to improve all relevant metrics.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Manage a team of Area Sales Executives (ASE’s) and is accountable for the team's results in the defined territory.
- Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory, through new agent acquisition.
- Responsible for managing, motivating, coaching, and mentoring those within the team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Be responsible for meeting/exceeding sales quota/targets across the territory, through new agent acquisition and increasing same store sales.
- Manage end-to-end sales process for Independents, including selling the complete product portfolio where/when relevant, including the whole Agent Implementation phase.
- Accountable for prospecting, negotiating, signing contracts with new agents, collecting required documents, submitting complete full packages, driving the activation process, and training the location.
- Responsible for ongoing management of existing accounts within territory and increasing same store sales.
- Focus on the ramp-up of new locations to ensure they achieve full revenue potential.
- Makes regular visits to high performing locations and identifies and addresses issues within the current network.
- Be accountable for meeting productivity targets and overall revenue of all locations within territory and manage Agent lifecycle for all Independents in territory.

**Role Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales and professional experience.
- Previous experience in outside sales or service of consumer products or financial services is a plus.
- Good knowledge of products and agents’ industry/market, and good business/financial understanding.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation and listening skills required.
- Able to gain the trust and confidence of clients.
- Comfortable handling multiple assignments; identify and accomplish priorities in order of importance; able to promptly adjust actions based on changing priorities.
- Organization, written and verbal communication skills, and the utmost attention to detail.
- Fluency in German and a good level of English - additional languages will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license.
