**JOIN OUR TEAM**:
As **Head of Store Design & Visual Merchandising** you will play a pivotal role in a startup like setting in our expanding Store division. In this high-impact role you will be shaping the future Look & Feel of our Stores and the Customer Experience. You will be leading the development and built-out of new Stores and oversee the Interior Design and Visual Merchandising, ensuring the creation of exciting Store environments and efficient processes. This position is **unlimited**and located in **Munich**.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- own the Look & Feel of our Stores, and our creative in-Store strategy, and lead the development and rollout of a top notch, brand-specific, and tech-enhanced Store concept that combines architectural excellence, visual beauty, visual merchandising standards, and practicality to bring our Stores vision to life
- lead a diverse team of interior stylists and local visual merchandisers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, innovation and excellence
- drive the execution of inspiring Store environments (e.g. room-sets, shelf design) that maximise sales potential while ensuring smooth visual merchandising operations
- stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant insights into our Store design
- support the planning, lead the build-out phase, and visual merchandising setup of new Stores to ensure timely and seamless openings

**YOU COME WITH**:

- 10+ years proven experience in a leadership role in Retail Design, Retail Architecture and Visual Merchandising or a similar role within the premium/luxury retail industry (ideally home & living or fashion), with a strong understanding of how design and visual merchandising drive sales and enhance customer experience
- excellent understanding of interior design trends, visual and spatial awareness, and the ability to translate brand identity into inspiring and functional Store environments
- strategic mindset with a strong hands-on mentality and team spirit, excellent organisational skills, and a drive for performance and innovation
- ability to balance creativity with process optimisation and project management, while maintaining a keen eye for aesthetics and detail
- ability to work collaboratively while managing multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire others, strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc. with excellent German and English skills (written and spoken), and flexibility to travel across Europe as needed
