Head of Competence Airport Operations (f/m/d)

In your new role as "Head of" for Airport Operations & Digital Innovation, you will drive both operational excellence and digital transformation for several global airports. As a visionary leader, you'll nurture talents and lead exciting international projects to success. - **Team Leadership & Development**: Lead a team of 10 consultants and develop talents in the field of Airport Operations & Digital Innovation.
- ** Strategic Support**: Provide strategic advice and support to the Managing Directors and VP on key projects.
- ** Networking**: Build and foster relationships with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote innovation and attract top talent.
- ** Business Development**: Assist the Heads of Market in pursuing new business opportunities and oversee the proposal development process.
- ** Service Delivery**: You take roles as Project Manager or Expert within the field of your competence; on short-term basis, if required.
- ** Project Supervision**: Ensure successful project delivery, focusing on quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen, die zählen
- **Education**: Master's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
- ** Experience**: At least 15 years of experience in aviation or airport management, with 10 years in relevant areas.
- ** Leadership**: Inspiring leader with strong interpersonal and multicultural communication skills.
- ** Project Management Expertise**: Extensive knowledge of multi-project management and tools like MS Office, MS Project, and Primavera.
- ** Languages**: Excellent English skills (native preferred); German is an advantage.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong presentation, negotiation, and conflict management abilities.
- ** Customer-Centric Mindset**: A service-oriented professional with proven customer management experience.
- ** Clear Background**: Certified clean police record required for airport access.
