**Über uns**:
Loyal Athletlics wurde 2015 als Mechandise Marke von Kontra K gegründet. Über die Jahre hat sich die Marke zu einer Lifestyle Brand entwickelt, welches nicht nur auf Tour und Festivals verkauft wird, sondern auch eigenständig im Online Shop funktioniert. Die Teile laufen unter dem Motto Loyal, sodass auch fernab der Fanbase des Künstlers eine Zielgruppe entstanden ist, die sich mit den Werten des Brands & Künstlers identifiziert.

Der Shop verfügt über ein breites Sortiment an Kleidung, Accessoires, wie bspw. Schmuck, Unterwäsche oder Hunde-Zubehör. Neue Drops werden regelmäßig herausgebracht, die oft innerhalb von Stunden ausverkauft sind. Das Ziel ist dem Kunden, qualitativ hochwertige Artikel zu fairen Preisen anzubieten, dabei Nachhaltigkeit und Arbeitsbedingungen in Arbeitsstätten nicht aus den Augen zu verlieren.

**Position: Head of Marketing | Fashion & Lifestyle (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**:

- Erstellung hochwertiger Akquiseunterlagen, Angebote, Briefings und Präsentationen
- Eigenständige Erstellung sowie Umsetzung von Marketing-Kampagnen
- Influencer Portfolio Arbeit (Scouting & Akquise)
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer Content-Strategie über verschiedene Kanäle
- Organisatorische Aufgaben wie Budget
- und Zeitplanung, Abstimmungsprozesse und Rechnungskontrolle
- Entwicklung neuer Aktionen und Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der -Performance
- Durchführung von Online-Marketing-Kampagnen über verschiedene Kanäle wie SEO, Content-Marketing, Newsletter, OOH und Social Media
- Kontinuierliche Suche nach neuen Inhalten, Formaten und Kooperationen zur Umsetzung
- Planung und Umsetzung von Fotoshootings und Events
- Sie wirken aktiv bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketingplänen sowie neuen Vermarktungsstrategien inkl. Kommunikations
- und Aktivierungsmaßnahmen mit.

**Anforderungen**:

- Du hast Dein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Medien, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du kennst die neuesten Trends, Hypes und Styles und übersetzt sie in Contentmaßnahmen
- Kommunikation ist Deine Stärke, und Du beherrschst die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift. Auch sprichst Du gutes bis sehr gutes Englisch.
- Du behältst auch in stressigen Situationen stets einen kühlen Kopf
- Dich zeichnet ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Flexibilität und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe aus
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent und arbeitest im höchsten Maße strukturiert
- Auch umfangreichen Aufgaben mit höchster Detailgenauigkeit nimmst Du gerne in Angriff
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Microsoft Office.
- Erfahrungen in der Modeindustrie sind von Vorteil
