Ihre Aufgaben
- Übernahme der Führung des Strategieentwicklungsprozesses für die Division, einschließlich der Überwachung der Strategieumsetzung.
- Identifizieren, bewerten, priorisieren und empfehlen neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten (einschließlich M&A).
- Analysieren ausgewählter Märkte und das Wettbewerbsumfeld.
- Führen Sie eine strategische Analyse der Geschäftsbereiche der Abteilung durch, schärfen Sie die strategische Ausrichtung und unterstützen Sie das Portfoliomanagement.
- Erstellen Sie eine Toolbox zur Maximierung der Ausschöpfung von Wachstumsfeldern.

Ihr Profil
- Bachelor
- oder Master-Abschluss und mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung in Marktforschung und/oder strategischer Beratung sowie im Management globaler Projekte.
- Tiefe Kenntnisse der Vliesstoffbranche.
- Reiseanteil > 30%.
- Exzellente Verhandlungs
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office.
- Marktorientierung und Interesse an Technologien.
- Kreativität und unternehmerisches sowie innovatives Denken (Thinking out of the Box).
- Analytisches Denkvermögen und Entscheidungsfähigkeit.
- Teamplayer mit organisatorischen Fähigkeiten.
