**Responsibilities**:

- Support the development and implementation of innovative business strategies that are in line with Freudenberg Technology Innovation's (FTI) overall objectives
- Supporting the seamless integration of the latest innovations into products and business solutions
- Analyzing industry trends, competitor activities and new technologies to identify innovation opportunities
- Evaluate potential risks and barriers associated with innovative initiatives and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful implementation.
- Working closely with various departments, including supporting a culture of innovation and seamless implementation of new ideas
- Independently develop and implement innovative marketing and communication strategies aligned with FTI's overall objectives
- Supporting our clients in brainstorming, developing and implementing new approaches

Qualifications:

- University degree in a technical field, economics, innovation management or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in a strategic or innovation-focused role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a track record of turning ideas into actionable plans
