**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop visionary strategies**: You will support the development and implementation of innovative business strategies that seamlessly harmonize with FTI's overarching goals.
- **Customer enthusiasm**: Draw the path from our technology developments to successful business. Help our customers integrate the latest innovations into their products and business solutions.
- **Market analyst and trendsetter**: Analyze market trends and competitive activity in new technologies to identify opportunities for breakthrough innovation.
- **Mastering risks**: Identify potential risks in innovative initiatives and develop smart risk mitigation strategies.
- **Team player**: Work closely with different departments to foster a strong culture of innovation.

**Qualifications**:

- **Academic background**: You have a university degree in a technical field, business or innovation management - or have a comparable qualification.
- **Experience**:You have already worked in a strategic or innovation-oriented function and have a track record of success.
- **Analytical skills**: Your analytical and problem-solving skills are strong. Creative and strategic thinking is in your blood.
- **Strong communication skills**: You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Language skills**: Very good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
