**Deine Stärken**:

- ** Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Support-Bereich**: Du weißt genau, was in einem dynamischen Support-Umfeld gefordert ist und bringst die notwendige Erfahrung mit.
- ** Experte in Change Management und Mitarbeiterführung**: Du hast nicht nur fundierte Erfahrung im Change Management, sondern auch in der Führung von Teams. Du weißt, wie man Mitarbeiter disziplinarisch leitet und gemeinsam zum Erfolg führt.
