  • As a team lead and mentor,you will lead our quality assurance teams and oversee strategicdevelopment in the context of automated test frameworks, tools andscripts to support the software development lifecycle of ourcustomer solutions.
  • You work closely with ourdevelopment teams to understand requirements and risks andtranslate them into effective and efficient automated testscenarios.
  • You have experience in implementingautomated tests for REST APIs and web applications that cover bothfunctional and non-functional quality aspects such as performanceand stability.
  • You drive the continuousimprovement of our testing processes by incorporating innovativetesting strategies and technologies.
  • Youcontribute to the identification, analysis and prioritization oferrors and anomalies and work closely with the development teams toenable timely resolution.
  • You apply industrybest practices, tools and technologies in the area of testautomation to improve the overall testingprocess.
Your Profile — YourStrengths
  • You have a degree incomputer science, software engineering or a related field, as wellas in-depth experience in software development, ideally in the areaof test automation for REST APIs and/or webapplications.
  • You also have proven leadershipexperience in a testing environment, with the ability to motivateteams and lead them to peak performance, and are familiar withagile methods (Scrum) and tools such as JIRA, MS Teams and StackOverflow.
  • You are experienced with testautomation tools, frameworks, and designing and implementingautomated test cases, and have the ability to independentlyunderstand complex relationships in softwaresolutions.
  • You have excellent communicationskills, are fluent (at least B2 level) in both German and English,both verbally and in writing.
  • You take aproactive approach to problem solving, always with a focus oncontinuous learning and improvement in qualityassurance.
  • Certifications in qualitymanagement, experience in working with offshore or nearshorepartners, and knowledge in the financial services sector areadvantageous.
