In deiner Funktion übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle für das Wachstum unseres Unternehmens und schöpfst somit das volle Potential unseres Unternehmens aus. Du startest bei uns in der Rolle als Director Operations mit der Option, bei vertrauensvoller Zusammenarbeit & operativem Erfolg, in die Position des COO aufzusteigen.

Deine Aufgaben
- Als Director Operations arbeitest du eng mit unseren Kunden, Partnern und dem Führungsteam zusammen, um unsere strategische Vision in die Realität umzusetzen
- Du hast unsere gesamte Wertschöpfungskette im Blick und bist dafür verantwortlich, unser Geschäftsmodell auf eine nachhaltige und innovative Art und Weise weiterzuentwickeln
- Enablement und Empowerment stehen für dich an erster Stelle, so dass du unsere Teams dazu befähigst, exzellente Produkte und Dienstleistungen zu erbringen
- Du bist für die Leitung von zirka 20 Mitarbeitenden aus den Bereichen Projektmanagement, Office Management, Human Relations, Communications & Marketing und Finance verantwortlich
- Du hast ein Growth Mindset und schaust hinter unsere Kernprozesse, um neue Innovationen, Prozesse und Organisationsmodelle zu etablieren
- Du bist für unser Innovationsbudget verantwortlich, führst Transformationsprojekte durch und arbeitest dabei kontinuierlich an neuen Technologien, um unsere Lieferkette zu verbessern

Deine Fähigkeiten
- Du bist eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit, welche mit viel Empathie unsere kollaborativen Teams zu Höchstleistungen inspiriert
- Du konntest bereits umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Management komplexer Projekte sammeln und strebst danach, Sachverhalte immer wieder neu und besser zu denken sowie zu vereinfachen, wo immer es möglich ist
- Du bezeichnest dich selbst als eine starke Führungspersönlichkeit mit umfassender Erfahrung im Bereich ‘Client Service Direction’
- Du bist ein Kommunikationstalent, bringst Teams zusammen und richtest dabei den Blick auf das große Ganze
- Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung im Aufbau und der Skalierung eines Unternehmens mit einer dreistelligen Mitarbeitendenanzahl sammeln können
- Du bist neugierig und jederzeit offen dafür, neue Möglichkeiten zu ergreifen und diese bestmöglich umzusetzen
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse runden dein Profil ab
