In your position as
**Key Account Project Partner **you will be the link between and the voice of freelancers, consultants and clients to improve the Malt product and services. Focusing on tech projects and profiles you will be responsible for finding the perfect freelancers and consultants for our enterprise clients, which is a key success factor in Malt’s growth and expansion. You will report to the Head of Community, Project Partnering and Customer Care DACH.

**Key responsibilities ✨**:

- Find the best freelancers in the tech sector to meet your key account clients’ needs and find solutions for complex customer requests using your insights on the tech freelance market
- Act as a trustworthy partner, collaborate and build proactively solid and sustainable relationships with the sales team and customers
- Drive client meetings together with our sales team and grow Malt’s client base and business
- Advise your clients on writing strong technical briefings to attract the best freelancers
- Conduct occasional qualification interviews with freelancers at the client's request to select the most suited ones
- Be an expert for the Malt algorithm and the associated best practices
- Advise freelancers to build a powerful profile and train them on good interviewing practices

**About you ‍**:

- You bring 4+ years of experience in a sales, IT contracting, IT recruiting or project management with a strong focus on the IT industry
- You have worked in a fast-growing B2B tech environment or an agency and managed major client accounts
- You are hands-on, flexible, reliable and open to a changing environment
- You go above and beyond your own goals and add value to your team and the entire organisation
- You speak German on a native level and are fluent in English

**How to join the mission?**:

- First call with Aleksandra (Talent Acquisition Manager) to better understand your background, aspirations and answer any questions you may have. (30-45 minutes)
- Interview with your future manager, Pascal (Head of Community, Project Partnering & Customer Care DACH) to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
- Role Play with Kristin (Squad Manager) in order to assess your technical skills. (45-60 minutes)
- Final interview with a C-level executive to discuss Malt’s long-term vision. (30-45 minutes)
