Preise, Bewertungen des Verkaufsservices und Standort der Autohäuser sind dabei transparent dargestellt und lassen sich ganz einfach vergleichen. Gleichzeitig helfen wir Autohäusern dabei, ihren Neuwagenvertrieb zu digitalisieren und ihr Online-Geschäftsmodell auszubauen. Seit unserem Start in Deutschland im Jahr 2016 haben wir uns zu einer der vertrauenswürdigsten Vergleichsseiten mit einer Reichweite von monatlich mehr als 3 Millionen Besuchen und einer “hervorragenden” Trustpilot-Bewertung von 4,7 entwickelt
Neben unserem Marktplatz für Autokäufer:innen und -verkäufer:innen haben wir uns zum Ziel gesetzt, der führende Retail Media Partner für das Automobilmarketing zu werden.
carwow ist ein rasant wachsendes Scale-up, das von führenden europäischen Venture Capitalists sowie Mercedes-Benz, Volvo und Geely als strategische Partner unterstützt wird.
**Arbeiten bei carwow**
Wir bei carwow möchten eine Kultur schaffen, in der unser Team sich frei entfalten und entwickeln kann, unabhängig von Ort und Art der Tätigkeit. Als **Team Lead Country Marketing Germany (m/w/d)** bist Du für die Steuerung aller deutschen Marketing-Initiativen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen Marketing Teams in UK zuständig.
**Requirements**:
**Deine Aufgaben**
- Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für alle Marketingmaßnahmen im deutschen Markt und sorgst so dafür, dass kanalübergreifende Marketing-Kampagnen erfolgreich konzeptioniert, entwickelt, durchgeführt und ausgewertet werden.
- Zusätzlich trägst du die P&L Verantwortung für das lokale Marketing in Deutschland (zum Beispiel für Brand, Creative, Copy, TV und Affiliate Marketing) und steuerst die Abstimmung mit unseren globalen Teams zu Value Proposition und unserem Performance Marketing.
- Du leitest dein Team bestehend aus Marketing Manager, Copywriter und PR und stellst sicher, dass alle ein Arbeitsumfeld haben, in dem sie ihr volles Potential ausschöpfen und sich weiterentwickeln können.
- Du berichtest direkt an den deutschen CEO & Co-Founder sowie den internationalen Chief Marketing Officer.
- Du stehst in engem Austausch mit unserem Chief Marketing Officer, Brand Director, Performance Director und weiteren internationalen Stakeholdern, um lokales Marktwissen einzubringen und trägst so dazu bei, unsere Initiativen stetig zu verbessern.
- Darüber hinaus identifizierst du neue Möglichkeiten, unsere Reichweite effizient auszubauen und setzt diese gemeinsam mit deinem Team um.
- Du treibst bestehende und neue strategische Partnerschaften im deutschen Markt voran, zum Beispiel mit Affiliates oder Service-Dienstleistern
**Dein Profil**

- Du hast ein breites Wissen im Marketing Umfeld und bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Steuerung und Planung diverser Marketing Kanäle wie zum Beispiel Performance Marketing, CRM, Organic & Editorial, PR und Brand mit, idealerweise in Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Stakeholdern.
- Du konntest bereits Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams sammeln und bist bereit, die deutsche Marketing Stimme für carwow Deutschland zu werden.
- Dich zeichnet eine kreative, kollaborative und proaktive Arbeitsweise aus.
- Du beherrschst sowohl Deutsch als auch Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
- Du siehst neue Herausforderungen als Chance, sich weiterzuentwickeln und machst “how can we make it better” auch zu Deinem Credo.
- Nice to have: Berufserfahrung in Automotive oder E-Commerce.
