Are you a dynamic and results-driven marketing professional with a passion for leading teams and developing successful marketing strategies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team at limehome as a **Marketing Team Lead (m/w/d)**

**How you'll be hosting with heart**:

- As a leader, expert and coach you will build, develop and advance our current marketing team to develop and execute marketing activities that drive revenue growth for limehome.
- You develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy including limehome's direct and indirect sales channels, the website, performance marketing, social media, CRM and its budget allocation.
- What's more, you enable the creation and execution of marketing campaign and track, measure, and improve monthly reports with all KPIs (e.g. web traffic, ad spend & ROI, etc.) to report on the effectiveness of our overall marketing activities.
- Another thing, you collaborate with cross-funcional teams to ensure the overall alignment of marketing activities with our business objectives.

**What you need to shoot for the stars**:

- You care deeply about developing your team and are willing to get hands-on when needed.
- You have at least one year experience in leading a multidisciplinary marketing team.
- You have a deep understanding of performance marketing channels and a broad experience across all relevant fields of marketing (SEA, affiliate, display etc.).
- You care about numbers and our customer's happiness.
- You shine with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
