In your new role you will:

- **Drive the integrated supply chain roadmap, by identifying, planning, executing and monitoring supply chain strategic projects, **including facilitating the discussions with top management & business leaders from Corporate Supply Chain, Divisions, Frontend & Backend teams
- **Lead and manage the team of E2E supply chain process experts/architects, project managers and transformation managers **, who should provide mentorship and consultancy in SC strategic projects
- **Leverage the Supply Chain Strategy platform to prepare, drive and execute supply chain strategic decisions **within the global supply chain community
- **Maintain and further extend a broad network within supply chain and related areas inside and outside Infineon to actively consider state of the art inputs**

- **Develop and drive change management **for supply chain roadmap to ensure successful implementation of our strategy
- **Drive the supply chain technical ladder career path and target tree to develop technical experts and leaders **and facilitate and govern the technical ladder career path within supply chain community

Furthermore, you are highly structured, enjoy developing concepts with global impact and want to bring them to life. In addition to that, you weigh up opportunities and risks carefully and make decisions. Lastly, you treat your team and others with fairness and respect as well as be a model for what you expect from them.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A postgraduate **degree in **Business Administration / Computer Science **with focus on supply chain management, operations management industrial engineering or a related field
- At least **10 years working **experience in semiconductor industry **, in different field of supply chain and manufacturing, thereof minimum 5 years relevant **project **management experience**:

- **Proven ability of technical and functional leader driving diverse team **towards successful delivery of strategic initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to **develop high performing, nimble and agile organizations**:

- Solid experience to develop strategic plans in support of organizational goals and strategic initiatives
- **Proven experience in Change Managemen **t in a global and cross functional working environment
- Deep knowledge of **supply chain processes **and systems
- **Ability to abstract complex topics **, see things in big picture, End2End way and describe in simple and persuasive manner
- Strong analytic skills with **excellent **story boarding, communication and moderation skills **to align between various stakeholders
- **Intercultural awareness, emotional intelligence **and ability to manage multicultural teams in different sites
- **Fluent English language skills **, German is a plus
