Qualifikation:

- Abitur und kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studienabschluss
- Sehr gute Deutsch Kenntnisse und Kommunikation
- Hohe Service Orientierung idealerweise Erfahrungen im Kundendienst
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute EDV Kenntnisse
- Organisation und Hands On Mentalität

Aufgaben:

- Selbständige Bearbeitung von Einzelfallanfragen unserer Kunden in unserem Reklamationssystem
- Digitalisierung eingehender Eskalationen und Monitoring des vorgegebenen Service Levels
- Ursachenanalyse für Kunden Eskalationen und Lösungsabstimmung mit den verschiedenen angrenzenden Abteilugen (z.B. E-Commerce, Finanzen, Logistik, IT)
- Selbständige Beantwortung von Außendienstanfragen zu Kundenbeschwerden
- Zeitnahe Betreuung unserer Agenten im User Access Management und Monitoring des vorgegebenen Service Levels
- Unterstützung bei Einzelfallbearbeitung von Beschwerden und Queue Management, sowie Monitoring des vorgegebenen Service Levels

Art der Stelle: Vollzeit, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung

Gehalt: 15,38€ - 22,30€ pro Stunde

Erwartete Arbeitsstunden: 38 pro Woche
