For our site in Wiesbaden we are looking for a

**Export Specialist / Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) (M/F/d)**

**Your role**:

- Service Contact for customers, country offices and sales organizations for 5 divisions of Blood Diagnostic and Diabetes Care Business within dedicated regions & countries
- Provide continuously high-quality customer service in terms of order handling, processing and shipment organization for specified territory
- Coordination of air, truck and ocean shipments with internal departments and external partners
- Preparation of all necessary documentation from shipping documents, certificates or legalized documents, etc.
- Communication and coordination with external 3rd party service providers (e.g. forwarders, governmental entities, inspection companies, embassies, etc.)
- Handling of export finance tools such as letter of credits, bank guarantees etc.
- Ensure legal export requirements are met such as export restrictions, embargo laws as well as internal policies and procedures
- After sales support, complaint handling, exception handling and reporting
- Project Support

**Who you are**:

- University degree in business administration, logistics or similar trade school education
- Work experience in export business, professional communication with governmental entities and curiosity in international business relations
- Strong customer-oriented mindset with can-do mentality and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and decision-making skills to coordinate cross-functional processes
- Agile mindset with ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced global environment
- System aptitude and SAP knowledge preferred
- Firm logístical forwarder knowledge to handle all areas of transportation
- Basic knowledge on tax, customs, trade requirements and export finance tools (e.g. letter of credit)
- Fluent communication skills in English and in German (verbal & written)
- Self-motivated Team Player
