**Momentaufnahme von Ihrem Tag**

In Ihrer Rolle als Project Lead (m/w/d) Customer Training sind Sie maßgeblich für die Erstellung und Umsetzung einer Vielzahl von Schulungsprogrammen für Siemens Energy Projekte verantwortlich. Als wichtiger Teil des Project Entity Teams managen Sie komplexe Projekte, die alle Geschäftsbereiche umfassen.

Ihr Engagement beginnt bereits in der Angebotsphase eines Projekts und erstreckt sich bis zum Abschluss der Schulungsdurchführung.

In dieser Funktion sind Sie die Hauptansprechperson für die Kalkulation, Planung und Durchführung von projektspezifischen Schulungspaketen. Sie arbeiten mit einem breiten Spektrum von Personen zusammen, die an dem Projekt beteiligt sind, darunter das Angebotsmanagement, das Projektmanagement, unsere Kunden sowie interne und externe Schulungspartner.

**Wie Sie etwas bewirken können**
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Erstellung marktgerechter, projektspezifischer Kostenkalkulationen für Schulungspakete, wobei Sie die Kundenanforderungen und Vertriebsrichtlinien berücksichtigen.
- Während der Projektdurchführungsphase entwickeln Sie maßgeschneiderte Schulungsinhalte und Zeitpläne und arbeiten dabei eng mit Kunden, Projektpartnern, dem Projektmanagement, Trainern sowie anderen internen und externen Schulungsabteilungen zusammen.
- Sie beaufsichtigen die vollständige Koordination der Schulungspakete und leiten alle damit verbundenen Aktivitäten, wobei Sie das vorgegebene Projektbudget einhalten.

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Ingenieurwissenschaften oder mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einem vergleichbaren Bereich wünschenswert.
- Herausragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick.
- Erfahrung und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit multikulturellen und interdisziplinären Teams.
- Eloquentes, ausdrucksstarkes, überzeugendes und selbstbewusstes Auftreten
