Discover Impactful Work

The project coordinator will support the project managers in coordinating, and controlling a project from start to finish and will deal with different cross functions to ensure all processes run smoothly during a project.
- The Project coordinator’s task will include reporting of a project’s timeline, and budget to enable the project manager to recommend necessary actions to improve overall project progress.A day in the Life
- Act as primary contact for all financial matters of the project
- Execute projects as assigned (internally/externally) while staying on time, within budget and to customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with project managers & departments to develop accurate estimates of future costs
- Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
- Assist in the processing of overdue payments
- Perform ad hoc analyses at the request of management
- Preparation of project plans
- Monitoring compliance of the project schedule with the agreed project plan
- Monitoring of project budgets and forecasting of cost development at project level and communication of deviations
- Preparation of weekly reports on project performance to key stakeholders such as OTD, costs, milestones and other KPI's
- Ensuring synchronization between project plans and ERP key field data
- Execution of the project closure process
- Preparation of individual analyses on request for management on the status of projects

Keys to Success

Education
- Degree in industrial engineering, business administration or similar

Experience
- Professional experience in project management / project coordination

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Very good written and spoken German and English language skills
- Very good IT skills, including MS Office, MS Project and Power BI
- Independent working style, flexibility, team spirit
