Unser Funktionsbereich CCO (Chief Commercial Officer) verantwortet das Innovations
- und Supply Chain-Management sowie alle kommerziellen Aufgaben unserer Covestro-Geschäftseinheiten.
Supply Chain und Logistik liefern Produkte und Dienstleistungen, die unsere Kunden schätzen: Durch unsere Mitarbeiter, Instrumente und Partnerschaften betreiben wir eine kundenorientierte und autonome Lieferkette: sicher, effizient, effektiv und nachhaltig.
Wir im Kundenauftragsmanagement sind die Schnittstelle zu unseren internen und externen Kunden für alle auftragsbezogenen Aktionen und die Kommunikation. Wir sorgen dafür, dass Geschäftsvorgänge mit unseren Kunden stattfinden. Durch Automatisierung, Standardisierung und Ausnahmemanagement mit hoher Reaktionsfähigkeit verbessern wir die Kundenerfahrung und -zufriedenheit im Einklang mit der Rentabilität.
Die ausgeschriebene Position ist im Bereich SC&L EMLA angesiedelt und versteht sich als Plattform für Aufgaben der Supply Chain & Logistik in den Regionen Europa, Mittlerer Osten, Lateinamerika und Afrika. Eine der wesentlichen Kernaufgaben ist die Prozessverantwortung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung des Order-to-Cash-Prozesses (OtC).- Sie sind zuständig für die Auftragsannahme, -bearbeitung und -verfolgung inklusive dem Ausnahmemanagement unterschiedlicher Auftragsformen für Kunden in der Region EMLA, sowie die Koordination von Kundenanfragen- Sie pflegen den schriftlichen sowie telefonischen Kontakt mit unseren internationalen Kunden- Die Erstellung von Rechnungen und Gutschriften und die Reklamationsbearbeitung liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich- Sie arbeiten stets eng mit den internen Schnittstellen Logistik, Produktionsplanung und Sales zusammen- Die kontinuierliche Arbeits
- und Prozessverbesserung, eine aktive Teilnahme an Team-Quick Response Meetings, Analysen von Prozessstörungen (anhand etablierter KPIs) sowie die Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Continuous Improvement (CI)-Karten und Standarddokumenten (Lean-Dokumentation) gehört ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben
WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung- Im beschriebenen Aufgabenbereich haben Sie bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung gesammelt, vorzugsweise im B2B-Umfeld- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office 365, SAP-SD und SAP-CRM/C4C- Eine ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit zeichnet Sie aus- Fließende Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse setzen wir voraus
