As an **Onboarding & Workplace Learning Lead**, you will develop and manage activities and program that offer high quality guidance and unique experience to employees while maintaining and enhancing organization efficiency.

**_ We want you to:_**:
Handle the day-to-day collaboration and cooperation with external partners ensuring a positive experience with the brand and control the quality of delivery:

- Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employee with company information & history, brand engagement, understand organization set up and company policies and facilitate company presentations
- Handle HR activities and program that offer high quality guidance and unique experience to employees to maintain and enhance organization efficiency
- Support Onboarding for employees from start date until probation period (buddy system, deeper brand experience activities, training support for employees’ development and organize workshops, seminars, and meetings

Cooperate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners for effective planning and mutual understanding:

- Provide onboarding specific for Team Leaders to guide new hires or promoted employee for understanding of team leader role, performance management, goal setting and ongoing feedback process
- Coordinate onboarding activities on Executive level for participation in specific individual activities such as HMGU programs, Onboarding business coaching
- Onboarding training support for business need on demand; such as forming of new Hyundai organization, MOVE Participants and internal transfers

Communicate and implement process, policies and systems in areas of responsibility and monitor their respect:

- Lead new Diversity, Equity and Inclusion training with the general goal to create awareness and understanding of new policies
- Coordinate training support to relevant departments who own compliance training

Handle the implementation of employees’ development activities and development infrastructure needs:

- Launch project management training for individuals and teams
- Organize on the job training in two high level aspects: individual technical skills (e.g. data analytics, digitalization, creative problem solving) & team support training (e.g. meeting management & effective communication)

**You will also need to have**:

- University Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources management or comparable
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in related position preferably within Learning & Development (L&D) programs, tools and processes
- Experience in a larger international organisation with responsibility for employee Onboarding is a plus
- Significant experience in relevant field.
- Proven track record from driving results within the area L&D and high performance with exceptional results in actual role
- Experience in setting and supporting implementation of strategies and driving results within the HR function
- You are inspiring and result oriented professional who is strongly motivated to work in a dynamic environment with change agenda
- You are flexible and solution oriented
- You have strong presentation skills and the ability to inspire others
- You have a proven record of accomplishment of personally creating new, innovative and instructional L&D programs, coupled with a strong analytical and problem solving attributes, and possess training delivery techniques to support a high growth organization
- You have excellent communication skills to support a diverse leadership and HR stakeholders
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English language; any other language is an advantage
