**Brand Experience Strategy Lead (M/F/d)**:
**Job Purpose**:
Our Marketing team works fast and thinks smart to conjure up inventive and original ideas. Not only do they inspire new audiences to experience our brand and discover our quality products, but they also ensure our current customers keep coming back for more.

In your role as a Brand Experience Strategy Lead, you will be responsible of the strategic development of the area of Brand Experience, following the specific needs regarding the brand in Europe and market needs.

**_ We want you to:_**:

- Analyze Brand Status Quo by taking into account: Market Intelligent data, Markets research data, latest trends and the direction of the Hyundai HQ
- Analyze the sales funnel and identifying relevant areas, in which BE’s should contribute to improve the sales funnel holistically.
- Develop clear instructions for internal and external stakeholders to achieve an qualitative uplift and consistency of BE’s across Europe
- Develop centralized concepts to support the markets to uplift their Brand Experiences
- Create analytic and guidance documents to be shared with markets
- Create the market analysis of Innovations in the field of marketing to position Hyundai as innovative and progressive brand
- Develop innovation use cases for Hyundai to achieve a state of the art appearance
- Develop a strategic long term vision for Hyundai Brand Experience, based on the strategic analysis
- Broad brand analysis based on market research data, markets survey, supplier analysis, SWOT analysis.
- Evaluation of all existing data and analyses and transformation into strategic framework
- Creation of Brand Experiences strategies and concepts based on the analyzed dates for various actions fields like Sport, Music, Platforms, etc

- University Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a strategic position
- Project Management experience
- Proven track record in developing Brand Experience Strategies
- Creative mindset and storytelling skills
- Exposure to automotive industry would be a plus
