**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Verantwortlich für den gesamten Einkauf und für die Überwachung und Kontrolle der Warenein
- und -ausgänge
- Ermittlung und Auswertung der monatlichen Inventuren
- Erstellung von Statistiken, Kennzahlen & Soll-Ist Vergleichen
- Analyse der Einkaufskennzahlen, das Erkennen von Einsparpotenzialen sowie die Optimierung der Abläufe im Einkauf
- Überwachung des Kassensystems sowie die Kontrolle von Kassenbuchungen
- Kontrolle von Lieferscheinen, Rechnungen und Wareneinsätzen
- Sicherstellen einer ordnungsgemäßen Lagerhaltung
- Kontinuierliche Produkt
- und Lieferantenrecherche, Vergleiche von Warenkörben, Bedarfs
- sowie Marktanalyse
- Verhandlung und Nachhalten von Verträgen (Konditionen, WKZ, Rückvergütungen) und Pflege von Lieferantenbeziehungen
**Unsere Anforderungen**:
- eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Gastronomie oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- entsprechende Berufserfahrung im Einkauf/Controlling oder in einer vergleichbaren Position möglichst in der gehobenen Hotellerie
- sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis und Kostenbewusstsein
- weitreichende Kenntnisse im Bereich Food&Beverage
- Verhandlungsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke und Professionalität im Umgang mit unseren Lieferanten
- gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS Office, insbesondere mit Excel
- Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbereitschaft, hoher Qualitätsanspruch sowie selbstständige und organisierte Arbeitsweise
