As a **Sales Executive**, you will play a crucial role in driving Huble's revenue growth by actively nurturing and fostering long-term, trustworthy relationships with our clients. Through engaging and personalized interactions, you will have the opportunity to understand and address their specific needs, surpassing expectations and delivering exceptional solutions.

**As this role will be supporting our German-speaking clients, we require someone who is fluent in speaking and writing German.**

**Here are a few of the tasks you'll get to work on**:

- 1) Building strong relationships and effective management_
- Cultivate and nurture a strong partnership with Huble's clients by understanding their business and operations.
- Attain extensive knowledge of the client's business to proactively anticipate their needs and facilitate their success.
- Develop an astute awareness of the client's industry and effectively address their challenges.
- Generate monthly reports on Client Health, including conducting quarterly NPS surveys.
- Regularly communicate with clients to gather feedback on team performance and ensure utmost satisfaction.
- 2) Developing account growth_
- Keep your portfolio of clients happy and thriving.
- Take charge of client renewals and draft proposals and seeing those renewals through to completion.
- Expand client accounts by identifying opportunities within their organization's various teams and departments, ensuring you cross-sell effectively.
- Collaborate closely with the Consultant and Project Manager to meet client expectations and secure upsell opportunities when needed.
- Negotiate, close deals, and forge mutually beneficial agreements.
- Create and maintain an account plan that outlines your current portfolio, growth strategies, and future sales plans, covering renewals, upsells, and new divisions.

**️ To excel in this role, you should have the following**:

- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- Mid-Senior years of experience in a Sales driven role.
- Have experience in a Consultancy or Agency.
